I've only lost 1lb due to the insulin resistance and my hormones being so jacked up, but I see the difference in my stomach, legs and arms.
I'm still a size 12 (I want to be an 8-10) and it's so slow going that it's very discouraging sometime but I feel better and I believe that by my 47th birthday on Aug 10th, I will be even healthier and happier with the results.
