Monday Monday

I love the song, Come Monday by Jimmy buffet. He wrote it while on a plane, flying back to his wife in Florida, after being on tour. They've been married now since 1977.

Come Monday It'll be all right,
Come Monday I'll be holding you tight.
I spent four lonely days in a brown L.A. haze
And I just want you back by my side.

Monday is that day we dread or find new hope in. The beginning of a new week.

Monday, Monday, can't trust that day
Monday, Monday, sometimes it just turns out that way
Oh, Monday morning, you gave me no warning of what was to be
Oh, Monday, Monday, how could you leave and not take me?

Monday's always end up one way or the other but throughout the day we look for that direction, will this be the beginning of great week or a crap week? We wake with dread or hope on Monday morning and we are either delighted or disappointed at the end of the day.

 It's just another manic Monday
I wish it were Sunday
'Cause that's my fun day
My I don't have to run day
It's just another manic Monday

I woke this Monday with red, raw swollen skin around my eyes from a Sunday spent having a sever allergy attack. I am hopeful it is over.

I'm right now waiting to go to a meeting where important legislation will be presented, that's exciting for me, I love that kind of stuff. Later I have some serious work meetings going on, this is an important Monday. It may be a Manic Monday, but either way, it's a new Monday and that's good.

Happy Monday!
